Our Role

IntersectionMed is a healthcare coordination and patient support platform based in Shenzhen, China. We are built for foreign patients who need help understanding the local healthcare process before and during a planned visit.

We coordinate appointments, assist with hospital communication, provide English-Chinese translation support, accompany patients during visits, and help organize post-visit documents and follow-up communication.

We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider. Diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, and clinical decisions are made only by licensed physicians and healthcare institutions.

Our work is practical, calm, and transparent, because medical travel is already complex enough.

We explain the appointment process, required documents, expected timing, and local logistics in plain English.

We support international patients with attention to language, culture, privacy, and personal preferences.

In Phase 1, IntersectionMed focuses on planned short-stay services that are practical for international visitors.

Digestive Screening

Support for gastroenterology consultation, endoscopy, and colonoscopy coordination.

Dental and Fertility Assessment

Appointment and translation support for dental consultation and fertility evaluation.

We do not position IntersectionMed as a cancer treatment center, critical care provider, or emergency care provider.
